• Main Entrance Newsagent: Located opposite the restaurant at the main entrance.

• 1834 Coffee House Newsagent: Situated inside the building near 1834 Coffee House.

Both newsagents provide a variety of essentials and comforts including toiletries, daily newspapers, cards, magazines, books, confectionery, drinks and fresh fruit.

Coffee Shops

Pulse Cafe is located to the left of the main ground floor reception andÌýserves take away pastries, paninis, sandwiches, wraps, soup, tea, coffee and soft drinks.

Guidance for patients and relatives bringing food into hospital

For the safety and well-being of our patients, we strongly request that visitors refrain from bringing outside food into the hospital. External food items can pose risks to patient health and disrupt treatment plans. Our Catering Department strives to customise meals to meet each patient’s specific dietary needs. Patients are encouraged to communicate any dietary requirements directly with a dietitian, catering officer, catering supervisor or senior nurse.

• Vending machines: Located throughout the hospital, vending machines provide a variety of confectionery, hot and cold drinks.
• Trolley service: A daily trolley service visits the wards, offering a range of items such as newspapers, drinks and confectionery.
• Postbox: Patients can use the postbox located outside the main entrance of the hospital for outgoing mail. For incoming mail, please ensure it is clearly addressed to:
